Mullins Beach with its Beach Bar and Restaurant is 300 meters from the Apartment - you walk there in 4 minutes. The Beach is safe and there are areas marked with buoys for swimming All Watersports are available from here and Scuba Diving can be arranged with the Dive Shop at Kings Beach Hotel, a few minutes along the Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented (usually BDS $ 10 each) or you can bring the folding Recliner and Chair from the Apartment.

Connected to Mullins Beach is Gibbs Beach, which is quieter and also safe. You can walk all along the Beach - all Beaches in Barbados are public and you can even mingle with the Celebrities at the famous Sandy Lane Hotel Beach (if you really want to)
